This project is planned by Neustadt Architekten as a cooperative housing development. It contains of nine single residential units including two separate apartments. The cooperative Solidus is responsible for the rental.

SOED produced several images to highlight the unique atmosphere of the property on various channels. In cooperation with MMVC a complete set of print products like brochure, building board etc. were created.

Native spruce wood is a design element that runs throughout the project. The unique living feeling is completed by generous windows that illuminate the spaceous rooms with light.
