Den H\u00fcgel hinunter bildet dieser Geb\u00e4udekomplex eine Erweiterung des Oetiker Campus. Gepresste Erde aus dem Aushub bildet die Fassade. Spaliere lassen den Garten mit den Balkonen verwachsen. Oetiker Living ist eine Ode an die lokale Nachhaltigkeit.<\/h4>\n

Beginnend mit dem Campus haben sie ein modernes Arbeitsumfeld entworfen, das aus B\u00fcros, einer Kantine und einem Workout-Bereich besteht. SOED wurde beauftragt, einen stimmungsvollen und gebrauchten Look f\u00fcr die Visualisierungen zu kreieren. F\u00fcr eine interne <\/code> Fallstudie<\/a> wurde ein vollst\u00e4ndiges 3D-Modell des Projekts erstellt, um einen schnellen, hochwertigen und zuverl\u00e4ssigen Arbeitsablauf f\u00fcr verschiedene Zwecke zu testen. Aus diesem Modell wurden mehrere Ergebnisse generiert.
